I only need one picture. Is this not enough to order?
No, one rendering may be enough. It all depends on the visualized space or object. However, sometimes one render may not be sufficient to present the item in all its glory. If you have doubts about how many visualization photos you need - we will be happy to suggest and choose the most effective solution for your needs. Please contact us.

What information do I need to provide to start cooperation?
Our 3D visualizations, regardless of whether it is still rendering, animation, or panorama 360, are made based on information provided to us by the customer. We design based on design documents, interior specifications, landscape drawings. We can also work on customer-provided models, such as Sketchup or Revit, which the architect sometimes shares.
It is also possible to make 3D visualizations based on hand-drawn sketches or a description of expectations. In this case, we first prepare a preview sketch, and when we determine the final appearance of the investment or product, we proceed to visualization. The more information we receive at the beginning of cooperation, the faster and easier we will get a pleasant and realistic effect. -
I need my project as soon as possible. How long will the visualization take?
The project's duration is due to several factors:
- The project's complexity.
- The amount of information provided by the client at the beginning of the project.
- The current amount of work we have in Double Prism.
Each time, however, we make every effort to deliver ready projects to the customer as soon as possible. We invite you to contact us. We are happy to suggest alternative options if the time limit was short.

Where can we meet? Is it possible to reach the customer?
Our way of working is mainly virtual and that's how we run our business. All project communication takes place via the Internet, including briefing, project management, file exchange, preview and delivery can be done from virtually anywhere. There is, of course, the opportunity to meet at our headquarters in Katowice. If you would like a personal meeting - please contact us. Together we will agree on a convenient time for your appointment, at which we will welcome you with delicious coffee or tea. 🙂 We also have no objections before meeting at your office. We are happy to meet our partners personally.
-
Who will contact me? Manager or person doing visualization?
Depending on the project concerns - 3D visualization, 3D animation, marketing materials for the investment or product, or a dedicated website, you will always be contacted by one of the two coordinators. He will be at your direct disposal throughout the entire period of cooperation.
-
How much do your services cost?
That is always the most challenging question at the beginning of cooperation because each project is different. The cost of 3D visualization or animation depends on the property's size, the project's complexity, the number of tasks required to complete the job as expected.Of course, we can provide the approximate cost based on a phone call or email. The detailed valuation takes place only at the stage of discussing all aspects and requirements of the project.
-
What final image size and final video quality can I get?
Usually, we provide standard high-resolution 3D images with a resolution of 72 DPI, external 5000 pixels / JPG, or internal 4000 pixels / JPG, which you can use for printing in the maximum A0 format, which is suitable for use on various media. We provide several popular resolutions for movies: 720P, 1080P, or 4K by 30 FPS.However, if you need any special resolution to be used on a billboard or large cinema screen, we can adjust our work's effect to your needs. We need to get this information before the final production or photo rendering begins. Also, we may charge an additional fee for exceeding the specifications.
