The real estate market is constantly developing and includes new housing projects. Thanks to our 3D visualizations, the next housing estate is already presented potentially to the developer’s buyers.
The Polna 1 housing estate visualization was made based on an architectural design, with constant consultation with both the investor and the architectural office itself. While working on visualizations, we wanted to present the project’s unconventionality and emphasize building the estate in a tranquil area. Living in such a comfortable housing estate will be a pleasure regardless of the season.
During the project work, minor modifications to the building finishes were introduced into the project. Thanks to constant cooperation with the client, we helped the investor choose the final appearance of the property. The final effect of our joint work is shown in the pictures below.
